I chose to take the hour long drive to Reedman-Toll because of the large
selection of the model car I was interested in. In fact they have a large
selection of both makes and models. I browsed their lot at my leisure, and only
when I entered the showroom was I approached by a salesperson. Kaitlyn Cunliffe
and I made our brief introductions and I told her I was interested in a test
drive. Reedman-Toll has a test track, it is nice to be able to focus your
attention on the car without the hassle of traffic. Anyway, Kaitlyn was very
knowledgeable about the car.
I was happy with the test drive, so we sat
down to discuss the price. I literally like to put all my cards out on the
table. I prepare note cards with the invoice price of the model and options and
sort them to match the window sticker of the car I am interested in. I made my
offer, reminded her of the rebate, she went to the manager with it, came back
and we had our deal. Hassle free and very pleasant.
There was a wait for
the paperwork, which was a little long, but the process went smoothly. The car
was ready, washed and dried, and I was on my way home. Best car buying
experience I've had in 30 years of buying cars.
